Mortgage Live Referral Return Policy

All requests for Returns for Credit must be submitted no more than 2 working days of receipt of the invalid lead. Credits are issued in the form of a lead replacement.

 

ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR CONSUMER LEAD CREDITS:

a) FALSE INFO - The lead has false information entered by the prospect regarding their mortgage balances or the value of their property.

b) WRONG STATE : The property address is not in the State selected by customer, either because the consumer lives in a state different than the actual property being inquired, or consumer was accidentally sent by company's staff.

c) RAW LAND: When costumer contact the consumer it is discovered that their property is a land only.

d) MOBILE HOME: The consumer's home is actually a mobile home.

e) COMMERCIAL PROPERTY : The consumer wanted a commercial loan, or owned commercial property.

f) DUPLICATE LEAD: The consumer shipped to customer is a duplicate. BOTH ID numbers must be submitted to the system. Records of all leads provided and their respective ID numbers needs to be saved for at least 60 days.

g) BAD PHONE NUMBERS: The consumer shipped to customer contains an invalid or incomplete telephone number.

h) QUOTED A RATE OR FREE GIVEAWAY: This is completely against our solicitation policy.

i) BOGUS LEAD - Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck etc. Also would include any kind of complaint about company's marketing tactics.

* ALL OF THE ABOVE WILL BE REVIEWED BY STAFF AND VERIFIED WITH A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL TO THE PROSPECT BEFORE CREDIT IS APPLIED. ANY LEAD NOT VERIFIED WILL NOT BE CREDITED. ANY PARTY ATTEMPTING TO ABUSE THIS POLICY WILL HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT TERMINATED AND WILL BE REFUNDED THE BALANCE DUE OR NO REFUND IF THE BALANCE OF LEADS ORDERED HAS BEEN DELIVERED. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL CONTRACTS WITH CUSTOMERS WHO RETURN TOO MANY LEADS WHEN COMPARED TO THE AVERAGE OF TOTAL RETURNS COMPANY WIDE.

 

UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR CONSUMER LEAD CREDIT:

i). Consumer decided to go with another lender. Company can not guarantee that consumers do not shop on their own.

ii). Consumer admits filling out Company's form or talking to its staff, but changed their mind about getting a loan or isn't interested anymore.

iii). ANY consumer leads that is returned and is more than 2 days old.

iv). Any consumer lead that was delivered based on a criterion set, but customer later decides this is NOT the criteria they really want. Company is more than willing to change any criteria, but need a 72 hour notice of any/all changes. If cost will be higher company will charge the difference if cost is lower more consumer leads will be sent to customer in any case cash refund is made.

v). Poor credit consumer leads that are queried, but returned because the customer decides the credit is "too" poor. Poor credits consumer leads may include foreclosures & bankruptcies which are not grounds for credit.

* NO OTHER REASONS FOR RETURN FOR CONSUMER LEAD CREDIT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
