Purpose of Position :
The cosmetic industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. Within this industry there are more than 75 major profit centers world wide, for our multi patented, self manufactured treatment product, technology that is Guaranteed smear proof, wax free, liquid botanical color for the ( Lip, eye, brow and face). We say we brought it back from the future for an Echo friendly world. Lip Ink International, is an emerging eCommerce Green Chemistry Manufacturing Company with over 13 years of ecommerce selling , also selling to retail establishments worldwide. We are currently looking for an experienced inside sales closer, With great telemarketing phone skills. Our product line is a unique technology , demonstrated and sold professionally from behind the counter in Resort Gift Stores, Lifestyle stores, Health and Wellness stores, Metaphysical establishments, Boutiques, Aromatherapy, Apothecary, Medical offices, and a small number of Salons, and Spas. We are seeking an aggressive self-starter , with a proven track record of servicing and growing existing customers and retail establishments and establishing new customers and retail establishments. You will be part of a small but growing team, working with the best patented semi-permanent, guaranteed smear proof & long lasting, hand crafted natural, wax free vegan, kosher eco friendly color cosmetic products on the market today! This is not a customer service position, it is a sales position.
Requirements:
Full scale lead generation , self generated. and servicing existing leads
Must be able to write your own scripts & short newsletters
Meet sales revenue goals within 30 days of hire.
Develop an executable sales plan to maintain and establish new customers & retail locations as well as servicing and growing new ones, as part of
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales revenue reports self generated in Excel, Meeting sales revenue goals within a 30 day plan from date of hire.
Develop and motivate new customers and retailers with initial and ongoing training & product knowledge with best business practices for business revenue growth, that you support with in office training and phone calls . . .
Establish partnerships & alliances, with on line networking and other relationships and identify additional opportunities as a means to generate new customers and retail establishments. .
Occasionally, Work trade shows as a means to generate new retail establishments and added leads and revenue to the company.
Starting Salary Range:
Targeted between $8 pr hour plus e commerce capability with commissions for an at quota performance, with no cap on commission.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong emphasis in negotiating to close sales and revenue generation ,establishing relationships and consumer education. Must be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. grammar & spelling Professional appearance. Knowledge of CRM software is a pl us
