We are looking for experienced K-12 education sales reps throughout the US. Experience selling educational software is a plus, but not a requirement. Observe4success almost sells itself; you just need to get it in front of the key decision makers, so the ideal candidate will have existing relationships with schools and districts throughout their desired territory. You will enjoy a generous commission, 30% of every sale you make. We will provide product training, support, and marketing materials. |

Observe4success was founded in February, 2011 and has had a spectacular first year, but we need your help to continue to grow the business and make observe4success the most recognizable name in the industry!
We offer a practical, real-world, simple tool that educators can use to observe, encourage, enhance, and sustain effective instructional practice and classroom cultures in school communities. We have uniquely combined the newest technology, content that is easily understood, and meaningful graphic reports to support and assist teachers as both administrators and teachers study and improve the craft of teaching.
Observe4success is web-based software that helps administrators collect, organize, and analyze classroom walkthrough/observation data. Most principals are currently using pen and paper to collect this information which is inefficient, outdated, and does not provide feedback to their teachers. The is agreement that the classroom teacher has more impact on student learning than any other factor controlled by school systems, including class size, school size, program, or even which school a student is attending. However, currently there is no agreement among educators and those influencing the educational reform movements about how to identify and measure the complex activity of effective teaching. Observe4success is the answer! Educators love our product!!

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the K-12 education market.
- Educational technology sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must have existing education relationships in the K-12 territory you wish to represent.
- Candidates must pass a criminal background check and hold a valid driver�s license.
Sales Commission:
-30% of all sales made
-Checks are mailed out monthly for commissions earned in the previous month
