This is a B2B sales program. Pacific Time Systems provides the hosted Time & Attendance solution to you as an Independent Sales Representative (ISR) at a reduced cost which allows you to the sell the solution to ANY business at a predetermined retail price - you simply keep the difference (or margin). Since the solution is offered to its clients on a monthly basis, the “Margin Payments” will be paid to you by Pacific Time Systems on a monthly basis for either 1) a period of 2 years, 2) until the customer cancels the service, or 3) until we terminate our agreement - whichever comes first. The program allows you to build your clientele over time which builds your monthly revenue. Software licenses and/or materials do not need to be purchased in advance. The reduced pricing is available to you as long as the conditions of the ISR agreement are being met. Also, although retail pricing is being provided to you based on industry averages, a sales representative can sell the products at a higher price, keeping in mind of course that there may be competitors willing to reduce their price to close the sale. Salespersons often have the ability to sell products/services based on the perceived value to the prospect and this ability should of course be rewarded with the higher margin.
The ISR is simply responsible for representing and selling the products & services of Pacific Time Systems. Once the sale is made, the solution will be confirmed and fully implemented by Pacific Time Systems.
Note: Pacific Time Systems also provides non-hosted (or full purchase) solutions that can be added to the program. This provides the ISR with both reoccurring revenue AND lump sum commission payments.
