We have previously focused all of our sales on in-state or internet efforts. Considering our capabilities and expierence, along with the fact that we are a relatively unknown company, we provide our Reps with a very markatable and sellable company. We operate in a state with one of the lowest cost-of-living ratios, yet have a very highly trained and expierenced staff. Our combination of resources, experience, cost-effectiveness, and quality should make us an easy sell for Reps that are established in any way within this industry.
Our commission structure will reward consistent effort, and has bonus programs built in that offer obtainable goals for new customer growth as well as continued management of existing accounts. We are dedicated to creating and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers that will lead to long-term residuals for those that represent us. |

We are a Contract Manufacturer (CM) in the Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry. We are a 10-year-old company that is now looking to expand our sales efforts to other states and other regions. We are a full service provider, with in-house X-ray, BGA rework, and re-balling capabilities. We are ISO certified, (AS 9100) and IPC certified.
We are a quality first company with a reputation for integrity. We have created a commission structure that we believe will offer the incentives and rewards necessary to establish and maintain long-term relationships with our Reps. |
