I have developed brands like Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Leinie’s Honey Weiss in the on and off-premise, bringing them to markets in MN, WI and ND. The on premise is all about relationship building and sampling opportunities. I am terrific at building relationship with retailers and recruiting and training top talent, many of them going on to have great careers in this business. I believe in going into “solution mode” vs blame mode when problems arise.
