As Jeffrey Gitomer wrote, "You don't get great at selling in a day. You get great at selling day by day". I have been selling for many days now and am still learning. One important thing that I have learned is related to another quote by Mr. Gitomer, "People don't like to be sold, but they love to buy". My sales career has continually been customer service focused and centered around building customer loyalty through trusting relationships.
